What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis Mc LEHM has to process your data is the following:

Performance of an employment contract, if you are part of the Mc LEHM
Consent given on the website, in a request or query using our web contact form, if you are a customer or potential customer.

While there is a commercial relationship and the data subject does not request their erasure.

With regard to storing the CVs that are received, Mc LEHM’s company policy is that these will be kept on file for a maximum of two (2) years, after which they will be destroyed. However, if, after an initial review, the CV is not considered to be of interest to Mc LEHM, it will be destroyed automatically. The User may request information relating to the status of their CV at any time.

Mc LEHM will not make individual automated decisions based on the data provided.
